COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Metek Drexelbrook RXL30 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Microswitch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Microswitch-Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Microswitch such as the FYAB8A22 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 51ML1E1 manufactured by Microswitch-Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Microswitch-Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5STP18M6500 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Metropolitan-Lighting Brand N686278 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micromotion such as DS0405113SU equipment made by Micromotion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micromotion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micromotion" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 11442 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular BTL5A11M750PS32 original spares produced by Micropulse Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4910294 by Minster and DS0405113SU spares by Micromotion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NER011659810G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microscan. |
